FOUNDER STORY
I didn’t set out to build an agency—I just couldn’t stop taking on work I cared about.
In school, I always signed up for electives. In my early art world days, I was the low-paid gallery assistant with three side hustles. Eventually, the projects got bigger. The clients got more serious. And what began as freelance writing and design work turned into a full-fledged creative studio.
Diana Fitz Creative is a firm built for people with bold ideas. We’re the ones you call when you know what you want to say—you just need someone to say it faster, more clearly, more poetically, more persuasively. We bring the words, the visuals, the plan, and the people to make it happen.
Over the years, I’ve learned the power of my voice—how to say no, how to speak up, how to lead, how to delegate, stepping into the role my clients need most—creative director, ghostwriter, marketing lead, or brand strategist—sometimes all at once.
My first big win? Being asked by Art Asset Management group to be the Lead Strategist for Jim Dine’s PR campaign at the Venice Biennale. That project cemented my role in the arts space and reminded me I was ready for more.
Since then, we’ve helped artists, galleries, nonprofits, and countless brands step into their next chapter—bringing structure to chaos, clarity to vision, and momentum to every idea.

With Dermazen, Diana grew from freelance copywriting support into full ownership of the brand’s email and social channels, becoming Director of Email Marketing and Social Media in just a few years, bringing her team in to help her continually exceed benchmarks set by the client.
